PLEASE USE A COUPLE OF MINUTES FOR READING OUR IMPORTANT STUFF. THEY ARE WRITTEN FOR YOUR BENEFIT ONLY & AVOID ANY POSSIBLE MISUNDERSTANDING IN REGARDS TO YOUR RETREAT.
Before making a reservation at FORREST GAMP LAPLAND we encourage you to read these terms and conditions carefully, as they constitute a contract agreement between Forrest Gamp Lapland Tmi and you from the time the booking is made. The person who makes the booking accepts these conditions on behalf of all the people in the group and is responsible for all payments due. By submitting a booking you confirm to us that you comply with these arrangements.

COMMUNICATION | We promise to confirm your reservation or reply to your message within 48 hours. You can contact us by sending us a message at our website or simply by sending an email to forrestgamplapland@gmail.com
PRICES | All prices quoted on Forrest Gamp Lapland Website are in Euros (€) and per person. All payments and refunds are due in Euros. Forrest Gamp Lapland is not responsible for any changes in currency exchange rates that might occur from the time of booking until a refund is made.
TRAVELING TO OUR DESTINATIONS | We Do Not sell travel tickets to any of our Retreat Destinations, so we kindly advise you to book your tickets to different retreat resorts in Finland via your local travel agency or trustworthy online ticket provider. We are happy to give you more detailed advice with destination and means of transportation options as soon as you need the information in order to plan your trip to our Resort. We cannot take responsibility for any delays or other inconveniences you may face on your way traveling to us and back home. We warmly advise you to make sure you have a valid and comprehensive travel insurance.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS | In addition to your tickets, no matter which country`s citizen you are, please check up carefully your need for travel documents, also the validity needs of your passport, in order to travel to Finland. If you plan to visit Finland is a member of the EU. We also kindly recommend to get yourself a comprehensive travel insurance.
AGE LIMITS | In order to book you have to be 18 or older. A minor younger than this is welcome to join any of Forrest Gamp Lapland organised trip accompanied by an adult/parent.
LANGUAGES | We are able to serve in English and Finnish.
HEALTH ISSUES | Please kindly note that we are not medical advisers and cannot take responsibility for any part of your health. In case of uncertainty or any concerns about your health, please consult your doctor. All the activities you take part in during your stay at Forrest Gamp Laplands trips are executed at your own risk.
HOW TO PACK | We always offer the bedlinen, bath towels and equipment plus the final cleaning up service. Please pack your comfy indoor and warm outdoor outfits including good winter walking shoes as most of our trips offer a great opportunity to explore outdoors from your doorstep. Also bring your personal hygiene items and other important belongings with you. In case of traveling by plane please always check the baggage allowance and regulations from your airline.
SPECIAL DIETS | Our special diet options include vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and non lactose. Please inform us about your diet and possible allergies at the time of booking.
THE TERMS OF PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION
- BOOKING YOUR PACKAGE via our BOOK/CONTACT PAGE you can choose whether you want to pay the whole price or a 20% deposit payment and pay the rest 14 days prior to your Trip starting date. Once the deposit is made, rest of the payment can be made in instalments, as long as the full price of your Package is paid 1 month before the start of your Trip.
- MORE IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT PAYMENTS: Deposit payment: you will receive the confirmation and the deposit payment invoice (20% of your retreat price) per person via email. Once the deposit is paid your place in our Trip is confirmed. This Deposit is non-refundable. Please make sure you have a valid personal travel insurance in case of a cancellation due to medical reasons. Rest of the Package (balance of 80%) needs to be paid 30 days prior to your starting date.
Cancellation fees * 45 days or less prior to departure you will get 50% refund from your total package price. *30 days or less prior to your starting date the Trip package (100%) will not be refunded.
- If the payment transaction has not been successfully completed at the time of ordering, Forrest Gamp Lapland Tmi will not process the order.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The prices shown on the web service are subject to VAT.
We sell products to individuals and business customers.
We reserve all the rights to change prices.
The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
Forrest Gamp Lapland Tmi has the right to use and disclose registered address information to direct mail, distance selling and other direct marketing as well as market and opinion polls unless the customer denies it. You can make a prohibition on the contact details mentioned in the terms.
We reserve the right to change our delivery terms. The customer must check with the terms of delivery in advance.
